Principle Sohrab Uddin

Bir Muktijoddha (Freedom Fighter) Principal Sohrab Uddin was born on January 1, 1953, in a respected Muslim family in Piarpur village of Kushtia Sadar Upazila. He was the second child of Alhaj Mohammad Ali Biswas and Begum Asiya Khatun.

Sohrab Uddin completed his primary education at the village school, followed by his secondary education at the prestigious Kushtia Zila School. He pursued his higher secondary education at Kushtia Government College and later earned a Master’s degree with distinction from Dhaka University.

Beyond academics, he was an accomplished football player, representing Dhaka University, Kushtia District Football Team, and the renowned Dhaka Mohammedan Club.
